If you found your way here, chances are you moved. Maybe months ago. And home still doesn't feel like home. I want you to know that feeling is normal, and that I know it very, very well.

The move that started it

Moving in should be exciting. A fresh start, teeming with possibility. But somehow it turns into weeks of living out of boxes. Can't find anything. None of the rooms quite work yet. Feeling like camping at home. I'm a designer, and it still happened to me. more than once, ha!

Every move taught me the same lesson: a beautiful home is nothing if it doesn't work for the people in it.

Mayfair & Co.

That lesson became a company. In 2020, my sisters and I founded Mayfair & Co. to marry design and function: beautiful spaces, built to be lived in.

Since then, our products and staged homes have helped thousands of families make home work, here and around the world. Celebrity moms, influencers, entrepreneurs, and households juggling the same chaos as mine.

The Millhouse Method

Along the way, I kept refining one way of working. Most homes end up designed around the things in them, and sunk cost is a stubborn designer. I start with the people instead: how your family actually moves through its day, where the friction is, what the home needs to do for you. Design decides why something goes where it goes.

I live it too. In my house, with three kids and two businesses, it's never fully perfect. Things fall out of place. Life is messy. But when the systems are there, recovery is fast. You're never starting from zero.

What I believe

Your real life is already beautiful. I'm here to help you see it and celebrate it.

Millhouse is my personal corner. Mayfair is the company. This is where I teach the thinking. Start with one corner. Tonight, if you like. The kit will walk you through it, and my letters will keep you company after that.
